VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND GOODS
The Services present the option for legal adults to purchase licenses for virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") and virtual, in-game goods ("Virtual Goods") using real-world currency, exclusively through the Services and in accordance with Third-Party Account policies specified in the Game.
All Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods transactions are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at our discretion. No ownership rights are conferred upon acquisition, and Virtual Currency can solely be redeemed for in-game items, being neither legal tender nor transferable for cash or any other means outside the prescribed Service.
Refunds are not provided. Virtual Currency and Goods hold no intrinsic real-world value, are not convertible into actual currency, and are intended for use solely within the confines of Whoot's offered games. Users hold only a limited, revocable license for in-game use with no ownership or title rights.
In the event of account termination, suspension, or game discontinuation by Whoot, users forfeit all Virtual Currency and Goods. Whoot retains the absolute right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency and Goods at its sole discretion, with no liability to users for the exercise of such rights.
